Nova’s generative AI features use a combination of customer-provided 3D assets, proprietary processing workflows, and third-party artificial intelligence models to produce visual content. These AI models provide general visual interpretation capabilities such as lighting, materials, environments, and photographic styling, while the product-specific output is guided by the customer’s own product data and 3D inputs.
To access some features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
All software, visual content (excluding your own uploads), and platform materials are owned by Nova or its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded 3D assets and generated content, but you grant Nova a license to process and display this content to deliver the Services.
Where content is generated using AI features, the final output is created based on a combination of customer-provided assets, Nova’s processing technology, and third-party AI model capabilities. Nova does not claim ownership over customer-generated outputs. However, due to the nature of generative AI, Nova does not guarantee the availability, enforceability, or scope of intellectual property protection for AI-generated content.
Fees and billing terms are outlined on our Pricing page. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing with prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded assets but may store and process them as necessary to provide our Services.
Nova may integrate with third-party platforms and technologies, including e-commerce systems and external AI model providers. We are not responsible for the services, training practices, data sources, or policies of those third parties.
Nova’s Services may use third-party generative AI models to produce visual content based on customer-provided inputs, including 3D models, product data, and configuration settings.
These models are trained on large-scale datasets by their respective providers. Nova does not control, own, or manage the training data used by such third-party AI providers.
Nova’s role is to structure and guide the generation process using first-party product information supplied by the customer. While we take reasonable steps to promote product accuracy and consistency, we do not guarantee that generated outputs will be free from unintended similarities, stylistic overlaps, or model interpretation artifacts.
By using the AI-based features of the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
